My name is Ashley Aguilar and I am the Cardinal Core Program Teacher for East Cambrian High School in Hazard Oklahoma.  This is my first year here and the first time the program has been tried at this school. This is my the start of my 4th year as a high school teacher but my first as a EBD (emotionally and behaviorally disturbed.)teacher. Our program is a tier 3 program and generally deals with the students that are needing one to one support. I love my job and I love working with these students.  EBD, and conduct disorder students are my passion, and I can't wait to see what will take place as I work with these amazing Cardinal students. 

  I am an ex-athletic trainer of more than 30 years, so I love all things sports medicine as well as a single mother of an amazing 15 year old son. My two furbabies, which are brothers, keep us busy and laughing much of the time. They are Tuxedo's absolutely opinionated and let us know what they are thinking. When I do have free time, I love to read fantasy fiction and romance novels mixed with a bit of sci-fi and true crime. Documentaries are generally what I spend extra time doing when I do have time to watch TV.  Life is good.
